My diary of going from absolute zero fitness to half ironman. The trials and tribulations of my training up to my first race in 2009 and then post race my continuing battle to remain fit. If you find you're always thinking about getting fit but never quite starting and you could be inspired by seeing that anyone can do it . Then I think you'll find that inspiration here.
Let's go for a ride next weekend. I'll give you oomph motivation on the flat and you can try to lead the way on the hills.... :)
