5K Appetite Builder
Quail for dinner and Wallis is at her friends so Team Kennedy Manager and I need to eat 3 each. I went out for a 5k run with the dog....nothing serious just a leg stretcher in to finish off a great evening. 32:41. Weather been great all weekend....now for my dinner
