ooohh no
Did my first run in a month. 8 or 9K distance cross country with the dog. Not particularly fast but quite good fun. I felt OK during the run with not too much fatigue or tiredness. I was a little out of breath on the steeper hills but I was quite surprised how easy it was. I felt fantastic on Saturday night after the run...my runners high kicking in later. Just need to keep going but this time of year I find very demotivating.

Well done! I guess the trick is to keep going even when you don't feel like it. I decided to restart exercising this week too. Went for an 18k run yesterday then off to the pool for a one hour session. I was absolute crap. Had to stop every 50 meter to catch my breath but all in all I feel good about it. I figure all I am doing now I dont have to catch up on next year...
